Layer Solutions Inc., Dba PC Repair Tools is committed to your privacy. During any use of Layer Solutions' products, including our websites and programs (applications), you may be prompted to enter information about yourself when you do any of the following;
  • Purchase a product license

  • Sign-up for a newsletter

  • Contact support services

  • Edit your member details

 Most data collected online from a visitor to our website, or a user of the PC Repair Tools software is 100% voluntary. Some portions of our products, such as purchasing a license, are only accessible by collecting information about you. Information collected may include your first and last name, e-mail address, or other related demographic information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Layer Solutions Inc. endeavors to keep your information confidential. We focus on using the information as part of our service to you. How we use Collected Information:

 The primary purpose of gathering information is to allow Layer Solutions Inc. to provide updates, specials and other important notices. Some information is mandatory for signing up for services or products. When you place an order with us, it is our duty to provide you with the services you are expecting to receive. In order to maintain this service, mainly for the customer's convenience, we must collect and store certain information.

 All registered users of Layer Solutions Inc. and PC Repair Pro products or services, are entitled to have their email address removed from our email newsletters. Your information will still be held as long as you are a registered user, but you will not receive any emails from us. This may include important updates. You can specify which emails you would like to receive on your Member Portal login site. Unregistered users receiving our newsletters can unsubscribe by following a direct line included in every email sent. Layer Solutions Inc. does not send unsolicited email to anyone. We will not use your information for any purpose other than what is listed in this Privacy Policy.

How do we Secure Your Private Information:

  • All private data about any registered user or any information stored in our webservers is encrypted.
  • We do not store any credit card or other financial details.
  • We limit the amount of personal details you must provide during checkout to protect your identity.
  • Our checkout services are secured and authorized by the largest and most trusted online providers, including Verisign authorized Clickbank.

Use of Cookies:

 A cookie is a small piece of data that most websites use to track information as users browse either within a single website, or within a network of websites. These files reside on your hard drive, in a location chosen by your web browser. Some cookies disappear each time you close your browser. Some cookies are persistant, and may stay until you manually clear them. Persistant cookies are usually used to log you into a website automatically. Our use of cookies is described below.

Disclosure of Aggregation:

 We use IP addresses and other user information to analyze trends, administer the site, track movement between pages, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may share aggregated (i.e., non-individual) demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Aggragated information does not match a web visitor with any customer details in any way. We use one or more outside credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services and we may pass your email address, and first and last name to them during the checkout process to complete your order, and provide you with your services. Financial information is not passed or stored and you will never be automatically rebilled for any service without prior authorization from the cardholder or user.
